1. How do I know if my order has been received?

You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. Should there be any problems regarding your order, a further email will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

2. Do you accept international orders?

Unfortunatley we only accept orders for delivery in the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland. Please note all payments are in EURO.

 

3. How do I Pay?

WallerWickham.ie accepts the following credit and debit cards:visa & mastercard. Please note that when you pay by debit /credit card, your payment will be taken at the time of packing - not when the goods are delivered.

 

4. Are my payment details safe?

Don't worry; shopping at WallerWickham.ie is completely safe. wallerwickham.ie guarantees the safety of your personal and payment card details. WallerWickham.ie uses industry standard encryption methods to deter would-be hackers. 'Encryption' turns your information into a special code that only our computers can unscramble. Payment details are not retained once your order has been processed.

 

5. How are goods delivered and how much does it cost?

Orders are sent via regiestered & insured courier service, the majority arrive within 1-2 working days, there are occasions when deliveries can take an extra day getting to more remote areas.

Please note an acceptance signature is required upon delivery of your order.

Orders up to 10kg are charged at a flat rate of €10. Orders 10-30kg will be charged an additional €4.

 

6. Do you have a shop premises?

Yes!  We are based in Unit 96, Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Baldoyle, Dublin 13.
